Electrical Services 

Design and installation of electrical systems, such as HV/LV mine reticulation including high risk project such as shafts/declines, manufacturing of substations and electrical panels, project works and project management/labor hire. Additional Client services are as follows:

• Design and management of electrical equipment specific to the Mining Industry, such as 11KV/1KV 2MVA Skid Mounted Sub Stations, Primary and secondary ventilation starters, distribution boards etc.

• Fault finding on milling, crushing, processing, power generation and RF equipment and systems

• Audit, and implementation of existing and new business electrical policies and procedures

• Development, implementation and management of project schedules

• Ability to operate with site workers, engineering personnel and senior management

• Experience in successfully managing the implementation and testing of HV/LV/EL control and power systems

Automation Systems 

Design and installation of telemetry systems for monitoring and control of electrical and mechanical equipment such as borefield telemetry, underground ventilation networks, mine de-watering systems and mill control systems. Additional Client services are as follows:

• Design and installation of Electrical Control Circuits

• Programming of Allen Bradley, GE Fanuc PLC’s, Allen Bradley controllers, Hitachi touch screens

• Miri telemetry networks Design, programming and management of Citect SCADA Systems (Surface and Underground)

• Design and implementation of maintenance programs Development and implementation of specialized training packages, such as RTU configuration and fault finding training, radio systems fault finding training

Communication Services 

 Design, installation and servicing of both surface and underground communications systems. We supply surface radio systems for open pits and underground leaky feeder systems utilizing Radio Frequency (RF) and other technologies such as fibre using VoIP technologies. Additional Client services are as follows:

• Design and installation of RF Communications Networks (Surface and underground)

• Leaky Feeder System Audits, Repairs and Upgrades

• Fibreoptic System Designs, Installation and Maintenance on both surface and Underground networks

• Collision avoidance Systems for surface and underground applications
